Receiving your Electronic Visa Document

The U.S. government allows the issuance of electronic visa documents; therefore, it is no longer necessary to mail your document to you.

The International Center will issue your visa document (I-20 or DS-2019) electronically.

The International Center will send your I-20 visa document or DS-2019 securely through DocuSign. 

  • You will receive an e-mail message with a link to DocuSign for access to your visa document, the link is only valid for short time.
  • You will need to access DocuSign.
  • Review the information on your visa document and any other attachments you receive.
  • Download your visa document.
  • Print the visa document in high quality.
  • Sign your visa document where indicated with pen.
